July 22 – 23 2025: Forced Injection, MRI & False Psychiatric Labeling at Capital Health Hopewell
1 | Background and Context
Before July 2025, multiple verified security-camera incidents had already been logged:
June 9 2025 – Unauthorized entry: Vivint logs show repeated detections and door openings while the homeowner was away.
July 1 & July 9 2025 – Harassment and vehicular intimidation: Police report #2025-063818 and subsequent footage confirm escalating neighbor aggression.
These events establish a clear environment of ongoing harassment and safety threats prior to the hospital episode.
2 | Emergency Room Visit
Date: July 22 2025
Facility: Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell (Pennington, NJ)
Attending Physician: Dr. Jessica Williams
Secondary Physician: Dr. Omolabake Bankole
Presenting Complaint:
“Leg swelling, chest pain, tingling in hands, and fatigue.”
The visit was strictly for physical symptoms.
Despite this, staff called in psychiatry, recorded “paranoid ideations,” and later listed “Schizophrenia – unspecified”as a discharge diagnosis.
3 | Involuntary Treatment
While in the ER, the patient:
Declined additional testing beyond the physical examination.
Was nonetheless injected with an unidentified substance.
Was placed through an MRI scanner without signing consent.
These actions occurred at Danielle Saunders’ former workplace, raising questions about possible bias or conflict of interest.

The hospital event followed weeks of documented stalking and property intrusion.
The sudden psychiatric framing—despite coherent reporting and physical evidence—appears to be an institutional effort to undermine credibility rather than genuine clinical concern.
6 | Legal and Human-Rights Implications
Medical Battery: Performing procedures without informed consent.
False Imprisonment: Detainment under false psychiatric pretenses.
Defamation / Stigma: Introducing a diagnosis that can damage standing in court and community.
HIPAA Violation: Failure to honor full disclosure of records and security footage.
I took the appropriate steps by filing formal record requests and retaining proof of receipt.
